SAMPLE POLICY

Dear Friends and Customers,

We know it is sometimes hard to make purchasing decisions if you are not previously familiar with a product. It is especially hard to choose a product from photos that are not crystal clear. So in an attempt to help you, we have devised this policy to allow those who need to, to order a reasonable amount of free samples from which to make a decision.

We would love to be able to afford to send everyone every item they may have an interest in free, but honestly, we can not afford to do that and continue to keep our prices low enough to guarantee to meet the lowest prices on the world wide web.

So here is the policy we have come up with.

Napkins, table cover swatches, anything flat and unbreakable is free, including the freight. We put these samples in an envelope and so our freight cost is affordable to us.

Up to three cups, some cutlery, small plates that don't come in singles …these samples will also be free, but we need to put these into a UPS box and need to ask you to pay the actual cost of the freight.

We will not send free any item that we sell by the piece. If we sell it by the piece you need to buy it. By contract with Caspari, Anne Taintor and IHR we can not send samples of their products at all.

To order samples, just email janycegranoff@hotmail.com with your list, your full name and address and credit card information if applicable. If you feel uncomfortable about putting your credit card information in an email say so and provide a telephone number and one of us will call and take it over the phone.

Again Robert and I wish we could be more generous, but in an attempt to provide the industry with the ability to buy split cases with no minimum order and at low margins, this is the best we can do.
